2. Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage employee master data across HR, payroll, timekeeping, and benefits systems. The role involves maintaining data accuracy, processing employee lifecycle transactions, performing data reconciliation, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with HR, Payroll, Advantages, and IT teams.

6. Key Responsibilities :

- Maintain employee master data, including compensation, cost centre, job title, supervisor, location, and employee transfers.

- Process new hires, promotions, leave of absence, returns from leave, terminations, reactivations, and employee status changes.

- Reconcile data across HR, payroll, benefits, and timekeeping systems and correct discrepancies.

- Conduct pay rate,



job data, anniversary bonus, and benefits-related audits.

- Update employee personal information, banking details, contact information, and social insurance details.

- Raise and manage IT service tickets related to employee data changes and system access.

- Coordinate with Payroll, Benefits, HR Business Partners, and IT teams to ensure timely and accurate processing.

- Maintain compliance with labour laws, union agreements, and internal policies.

7. Qualifications :

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

- 7–10 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll Operations, or Order Management.

- Familiarity with HRIS, payroll, and timekeeping systems such as ADX, WinTeam, LISA, or similar platforms.

- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
