Rather than competing on low prices, the company focuses on expert local guidance, strong safety standards, and meaningful journeys that go beyond simply reaching a summit. Role Description The Sales Associate will work full time on-site in Dehradun, engaging directly with prospective and existing customers interested in Himalayan treks and adventure packages. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, explaining trip itineraries, pricing, and safety standards, and guiding customers in choosing suitable treks based on their experience and preferences. The role involves coordinating with operations and guides to confirm bookings, managing customer data, and ensuring accurate documentation of reservations and payments. The Sales Associate will support follow-up communication, handle walk-in and phone leads, assist in basic promotional activities,



and help maintain a welcoming and informative environment for customers visiting the office.

Solid sales and customer service skills, including the ability to understand customer needs, build trust, and close bookings in a respectful and ethical manner.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with clear spoken and written English and Hindi, and the ability to confidently explain itineraries, safety measures, and pricing.

Basic knowledge of sales tools and office software, such as CRM systems, email platforms, spreadsheets, and document management tools.

Interest in trekking, mountaineering, or outdoor adventures, with the ability to learn routes, altitude considerations, and safety practices relevant to Himalayan travel.

Preferred qualifications: prior experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or adventure sports sales; familiarity with social media or basic digital promotion; and completion of secondary education or higher in a relevant field.
