Job Summary

We are looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Fresher) to join our Finance & Accounting team as a Finance Analyst. The candidate will be responsible for supporting general ledger accounting, financial reporting, month-end closing, and reconciliation activities. The ideal candidate should have solid accounting fundamentals, knowledge of financial statements, and an understanding of applicable accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities.

- Prepare and process journal entries, accruals, provisions, and accounting adjustments.

- Support general ledger accounting and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.

- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.

- Assist in preparing Profit & Loss statements, balance sheets, and financial reports.

- Support financial analysis and reporting activities.

- Ensure compliance with Ind AS, IFRS, and applicable accounting policies.

- Assist with internal and external audit requirements.

- Maintain proper accounting documentation and supporting schedules.





- Support internal financial controls and compliance procedures.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of accounting activities.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.

- Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant experience.

- Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting and General Ledger.

- Understanding of journal entries, accruals, and provisions.

- Knowledge of financial statements, P&L;, and balance sheets.

- Understanding of Ind AS / IFRS accounting standards.

- Knowledge of auditing and internal controls.

- Working knowledge of MS Excel.

- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

- Basic understanding of R2R processes.

- Exposure to SAP, Oracle, or other ERP accounting systems.

- Practical accounting exposure through CA articleship.
