First Connect Worldwide LLC is a US-based freight brokerage company with operations in India. We connect shippers and carriers across the United States and Canada, providing reliable freight and logistics solutions.

We are looking for a confident and proactive pre-sales executive with at least one year of experience in outbound calling, lead generation, or sales. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, making outbound calls, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
Excellent English communication skills and confidence in speaking with US-based prospects are essential for this role.

Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate qualified leads.




Qualify leads based on business needs and sales potential.
Schedule meetings and pass qualified leads to the sales team.
Follow up with prospects through calls and emails.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM.
Minimum 1 year of experience in pre-sales, outbound sales, telemarketing, or lead generation.
Excellent spoken English and professional communication skills.
Confidence in making outbound calls and handling objections.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
Ability to work the US night shift and meet performance targets.
