At FIS, you’ll have the opportunity to support the coordination and delivery of meaningful projects that connect financial services with modern technology. You will be part of our Application Excellence team , working closely with Clients, Business stakeholders, and Incident Management teams to provide Level 3 production support for critical applications. Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts and Architects, you will drive root cause analysis, recommend design improvements and deliver high-quality changes that enhance application stability, performance and user experience.

Complete client maintenance as requested, ensuring verification of changes with quality and accuracy. Prepare for and attends established client issues calls.

- Facilitates knowledge transfer between ongoing projects and client issues to ensure components are meeting client and organization needs. Help determine alternatives to meet client needs or increase revenue opportunities for the organization. May represent department in various focus groups.
- To solve any client software problems relating to Organization software, identify bugs using various tools and provide solution
- First line of contact with the clients, requiring full accountability and ownership for meeting Client's needs and demands, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week (may carry a company mobile).



Maintain an extensive knowledge of the industry, transaction processing, and/or financial services businesses. Perform detailed and complex analysis, issue resolution, developmental requests, and change controls to select system components, while maintaining a high level of system data integrity, focusing to ensure overall success.

6+ years of work experience with valuable knowledge of Oracle Pl/Sql

- Hands-on experience in Advanced Pl/Sql concepts like – Pl/Sql Collections (Associative Array, Nested Tables and varying array) and multiset operation on nested table collection type.
- Exposure of performance tuning in Oracle
- Hands-on experience of modernization tools such as G5, Liquibase, Git, Jenkins and AWS
