Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Record to Report (R2R) Analyst with 3–5 years of relevant experience in General Ledger, Financial Accounting, and month-end closing activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, provisions, and financial reporting, along with a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute month-end closing activities and ensure timely and accurate financial closure.

- Prepare, review, and post journal entries in accordance with accounting policies.

- Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.

- Manage accruals, provisions, and other general ledger accounting activities.

- Support financial reporting and ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records.

- Identify and resolve outstanding accounting items within defined timelines.

- Ensure compliance with SOX controls, internal policies, and audit requirements.

- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

- Handle intercompany accounting activities and fixed asset accounting, as required.

- Work with finance teams and stakeholders to improve accounting processes and operational efficiency.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience in R2R, General Ledger, or Financial Accounting.

- Hands-on experience in month-end closing and journal entries.





- Solid knowledge of balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and provisions.

- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar ERP systems.

- Exposure to SOX controls and audit processes.

- Experience working in Shared Services or multinational organizations.

- Knowledge of intercompany accounting and fixed assets.

- ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent accounting qualification (completed or pursuing) is preferred.
