Job Summary

We are hiring a Sr Process Associate – Master Data Management to manage employee data across HR, payroll, benefits, and timekeeping systems. The role involves employee lifecycle transactions, HR data maintenance, reconciliation, audit support, and coordination with Payroll, Benefits, HR, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain employee master data, including salary, cost center, job title, supervisor, location, transfers, and promotions.

- Process new hires, terminations, leave of absence, reactivations, and employee status changes.

- Reconcile employee data across HRIS, payroll, and timekeeping systems; investigate and correct discrepancies.

- Prepare fallout reports and perform data validation, audits, and compliance checks.

- Update employee personal, contact, banking, and statutory information.

- Support payroll inputs, benefits-related changes, union code updates, and employee lifecycle administration.

- Raise and track IT service requests related to employee data and system access.





- Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT teams to ensure timely and accurate processing.

Eligibility Criteria

- 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll Operations, Master Data Management, or Order Management.

- A bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline is preferred.

- Experience with HRIS, payroll, or timekeeping platforms such as ADX, WinTeam, LISA, or similar systems is preferred.

- Robust data accuracy, analytical, and reconciliation skills are essential.
