Position: Production Manager

Location: Mundur, Thrissur,Kerala

CTC: 5.4 LPA

Experience: 5 –10 Years Relevant experience in the plastic manufacturing industry with hands-on Blow Moulding experience

Educational Qualification : B.Tech / Diploma

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day production activities and achieve production targets.
- Monitor product quality, dimensions, weight, appearance, and leakage.
- Handle blow moulding machines, production processes, and mould-related issues.
- Minimize rejection, wastage, machine downtime, and production losses.
- Ensure preventive maintenance and coordinate with the maintenance team.
- Maintain production, shift, downtime, rejection, and productivity reports.
- Coordinate with QC, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase, Sales, and Dispatch teams.




- Supervise and manage production supervisors, operators, and shop-floor workers.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, ISO 9001:2015, SOPs, and safety procedures.
- Implement corrective actions and process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
