Role Overview :We are looking for a Backend Engineer with 2 - 4 years of experience in backend development and platform engineering. The ideal candidate should have robust programming expertise in Golang (Go), Kafka, Redis, and MySQL, along with hands-on experience in AWS and Kubernetes.The role involves developing scalable backend systems, managing cloud infrastructure, optimizing platform performance, and contributing to reliable deployment and traffic management solutions.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and automation solutions using Go.- Build and manage event-driven systems using Kafka.- Work with Redis and MySQL for caching, data management, and database optimization.- Maintain and scale cloud infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes.- Manage traffic routing, deployment strategies, and infrastructure integration.- Improve platform reliability, scalability, performance,



and availability.- Collaborate with platform engineering teams on service scaling and infrastructure enhancements.- Contribute to networking, monitoring, and Application Performance Monitoring (APM) initiatives.Required Skills & Experience :- 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in backend development or platform engineering.- Strong hands-on programming experience in Golang (Go).- Good working knowledge of Kafka, Redis, and MySQL.- Practical experience with AWS cloud services and Kubernetes.- Understanding of cloud networking concepts, particularly AWS networking.- Experience in backend-heavy development environments.- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
