Finance Analyst / Record-to-Report (R2R) Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Freshers for the role of Finance Analyst / Record-to-Report (R2R) Analyst. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of financial accounting, general ledger accounting, financial reporting, taxation, auditing, and accounting standards.

The candidate will support finance and accounting operations, including month-end closing, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, financial reporting, and internal control activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.

- Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and provisions.

- Perform General Ledger (GL) accounting and account reconciliations.

- Assist in balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.

- Support preparation and review of financial statements, including Profit & Loss (P&L;) and Balance Sheet.

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and accounting transactions.

- Apply relevant accounting standards, including Ind AS and IFRS.

- Assist with internal and external audit requirements.

- Follow internal financial controls, accounting policies,



and compliance procedures.

- Support financial reporting and documentation activities.

- Use MS Excel for financial data analysis, reconciliations, and reporting.

Mandatory Skills

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

- Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting and General Ledger Accounting.

- Understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.

- Knowledge of journal entries, accruals, and provisions.

- Understanding of financial statements, P&L;, and Balance Sheet.

- Knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS).

- Understanding of auditing and internal financial controls.

- Working knowledge of MS Excel.

Educational Qualification

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.

- Freshly qualified CAs with 0–1 year of experience are eligible.
