About the Role : MantraCare is looking for a Full Stack Developer to build, maintain, and enhance web and mobile applications for its digital healthcare and wellness platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development skills and hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, APIs, databases, and responsive UI development.Key Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain frontend and backend applications.- Build responsive user interfaces and robust backend services.- Design and implement REST APIs and manage databases.- Work with product managers and development teams to deliver new features.- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.- Implement security and data-protection measures.- Develop and maintain technical documentation.- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other technical team members.Required Skills :



- 2 - 5 years of relevant full-stack development experience.- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend frameworks.- Hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js, React Native, or similar frameworks.- Backend development experience with Node.js and Express.js.- Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL.- Experience building web/mobile applications and APIs.- Understanding of responsive design, UI/UX, debugging, and application security.- Valuable problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced product environment.- Familiarity with Git and web-server technologies.
