Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Team Leader with a strong background in International Sales, Retention or Collections. The ideal candidate should have proven team-handling experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage escalations and complex customer interactions while driving team performance and business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team supporting an international process.

- Drive team performance and achievement of business targets.

- Handle escalation calls and resolve complex customer cases effectively.

- Coach and mentor team members to improve performance.

- Maintain robust communication and leadership presence.

- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.

- Support customer retention, sales or collections objectives based on the assigned process.





- Motivate team members toward performance-based incentive achievement.

- Ensure adherence to process and operational requirements.

Eligibility Criteria – Strictly Mandatory

- SSC and above .

- Minimum 3+ years of Team Leader experience in International Sales / Retention / Collections .

- Strong communication and leadership skills.

- Proven experience handling escalation calls and complex customer cases.

- Demonstrated track record of earning performance-based incentives.

- Only relevant International Team Leader experience will be considered.

Compensation

Up to ₹8.5 LPA
