Role Description The Telecaller role at TRIKOOT VEDA is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Telecaller will handle outbound calls, provide information about products or services, and maintain accurate records of interactions. Day-to-day responsibilities include contacting potential and existing customers, responding to queries,



following call scripts when appropriate, and updating CRM or call logs. The Telecaller is expected to meet calling targets while maintaining a polite, professional, and service-oriented communication style.

Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages, with clear and confident telephone etiquette.
Ability to handle outbound and inbound calls, manage customer queries, and provide accurate information.
Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with spreadsheets, CRM tools, or call management software.
Ability to work on-site full-time in North Delhi, manage time effectively, and meet daily call targets.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales support is desirable but not mandatory.
