About the job
Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify recent business opportunities and develop relationships with international buyers, importers, and distributors.
2. Handle customer enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order follow-ups.
3. Prepare export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and certificates of origin.
4. Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and internal teams for timely shipments.
5. Manage export orders, shipment tracking, and customer delivery updates.
6. Coordinate with banks for export payments, letters of credit (LCs), and outstanding payment follow-ups.
7. Ensure compliance with export regulations and maintain accurate records.
8. Prepare regular reports on sales, pending orders, and shipments. Skill(s) required

Other requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in commerce, business administration, international trade, or a related field.
2. Experience in export sales, documentation, or international logistics preferred.
3. Knowledge of export procedures, incoterms, letters of credit,



and customs documentation.
4. Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and customer relationship management skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Excel, email, and ERP systems.
6. Knowledge of the spice industry and HoReCa market is an advantage.
7. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
