RESPONSIBILITIES

 Job Routing , Invoicing , Invoice distribution ,Invoicing completed jobs,



update receiving report log , GL reconciliation , job listing, WIP , materials allocation , labour hours and cost detail , statement of values, Invoicing SOVs.Journal Entry Preparation, Posting and analyzing, Reconciliations

 Accrual creation, posting etc.

 Communication with internal & external customers for inquiry

 Month end close related activities

 Process Improvement and transformation

 SLA/KPI Tracking and reporting

PAN and DOB are required for profile creation
