About the Role:We are looking for an experienced Python Backend Lead with strong expertise in Python backend development, FastAPI, and AI-driven services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable backend applications and integrating AI/ML services into enterprise applications.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend applications using Python.- Build robust RESTful APIs and microservices using FastAPI.- Develop clean, reusable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.- Design and implement backend services integrating AI/ML models and AI-powered applications.- Develop APIs to expose AI capabilities to internal and external applications.- Lead and mentor a team of Python backend developers.- Drive technical decisions, architecture discussions, and problem-solving initiatives.- Manage team allocation, task prioritization,



and delivery timelines.- Coordinate with product managers, architects, QA teams, and other stakeholders.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Robust hands-on experience in Python backend development.- Expertise in FastAPI framework and REST API development.- Experience in designing and developing scalable backend systems and microservices.- Good understanding of AI services, AI/ML integrations, and model-serving architectures.- Experience working with LLM-based applications and Generative AI services.- Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks.- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.- Knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized application deployment.- Proven experience in team leadership, mentoring, and people management.
