We are looking for a detail-oriented finance skilled with experience in project costing, general accounting, reconciliations, and month-end closing. If you have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with financial data, cost allocation, and reporting, this opportunity could be the right fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage job routing, invoicing, invoice distribution, and invoicing for completed jobs.

- Update receiving report logs and maintain accurate job listings.

- Perform General Ledger (GL) reconciliations and support Work in Progress (WIP) reporting.

- Manage materials allocation, labour hours, cost details, and project costing records.

- Prepare and process Statements of Values (SOVs) and related invoices.

- Prepare, post, and analyse journal entries.

- Create and post accruals and perform related reconciliations.

- Support month-end close activities and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

- Respond to queries from internal and external customers.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and transformation.





- Track and report Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with established procedures.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of General Ledger and end-to-end accounting processes.

- Experience in project costing, general bookkeeping, and financial reporting.

- Understanding of GL reconciliation, journal entries, accruals, and month-end closing.

- Strong numerical, analytical, and verification skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Excellent English communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

- Result-oriented approach, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively.

- Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.

Education and Experience

- Graduate in any discipline, as applicable to the role.

- 3–7 years of experience in project costing, general accounting, bookkeeping, and reporting.
