Role Overview

TCS is hiring a SAP Concur Finance Consultant to support and optimize enterprise travel, expense, and finance processes. The role requires strong functional expertise in SAP Concur , ERP integrations, finance operations, stakeholder management, and business process consulting across P2P, O2C, and R2R workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP Concur Expense, Travel, and Credit Card modules.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

- Interface with business users, finance teams, and shared services.

- Support SAP Concur integrations with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and other ERP systems.

- Prepare functional specifications for enhancements and integrations.

- Troubleshoot functional and system-related issues.

- Support global implementations, rollouts, and process improvements.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, VAT/GST, and corporate finance policies.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve finance and travel processes.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- 7–10 years of relevant experience.

- 5+ years of SAP Concur functional experience.

- Solid knowledge of SAP Concur Expense, Travel, and Corporate Card modules.

- ERP application knowledge.

- End-to-end understanding of P2P, O2C, and R2R processes.

- Experience with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA integration.

- Knowledge of accounting concepts, VAT/GST, cost objects, and compliance controls.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent communication skills.
