Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an AHA Instructor located in South Delhi. The AHA Instructor will conduct American Heart Association–aligned training programs such as Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) for clinical and non-clinical staff. Daily responsibilities include planning and delivering classroom and skills-based training sessions, demonstrating resuscitation techniques,



and ensuring adherence to AHA curriculum and standards. The role involves evaluating participant performance, providing constructive feedback, maintaining accurate training records, and coordinating course schedules with hospital departments. The instructor will also support quality improvement initiatives by updating training materials, participating in drills, and promoting best practices in emergency response and patient safety.

Relevant instructional skills, including the ability to deliver clear, engaging training sessions and facilitate both theoretical and hands-on learning.
