Quantity Surveyor & Cost Controller
Abu Villa Design, Kannur, is looking for a detail-oriented qualified to prepare quantity estimates, manage project costs, prepare BOQs, and support budgeting for architectural and interior design projects.
Calculate material quantities, labour costs and project expenses.
Prepare project budgets and cost estimates.
Analyse supplier and contractor quotations.
Monitor project costs and maintain estimation records
Degree in Civil Engineering.
Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying & Cost Control.
Minimum 2 years of experience.
Relevant experience in quantity surveying and cost control.
Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant industry software.
