Role

Join a telecom delivery team supporting enterprise customers through the end-to-end Ethernet & Fibre service journey —from planning and survey to build, commissioning and activation.

Key Skills

- Excellent English communication & customer handling

- Telecom order lifecycle & service delivery

- Ethernet, Fibre & FTTx/FTTP

- Network planning & provisioning

- Stakeholder coordination & problem solving

- Excel, reporting & operational tracking

- Exposure to OSS/BSS, inventory or provisioning tools is a plus

Who Can Apply?

Professionals with experience in Telecom Operations, Ethernet Delivery, Fibre Planning, Network Planning, Service Delivery or Customer Experience .

Minimum 15 years regular full time education (10+2+3) . Engineering/IT/Telecom graduates preferred.

Ex-TCS employees are not eligible.
