About the Role
Join an international Electricity & Gas Utilities customer-service process. Handle complex billing queries, complaints, escalations, retention conversations and difficult customers with empathy, accuracy and professionalism.

⭐ Requirements

- 2–5 years international voice customer-service experience preferred

- Excellent spoken English and professional communication

- Strong active listening, probing, objection handling and de-escalation skills

- Experience handling complaints, escalations and complex queries

- Robust ownership, empathy and problem-solving skills

- Willing to work rotational/night shifts and weekends
