E-Commerce Executive to manage daily orders and seller accounts across Amazon, Flipkart, Etsy, and eBay. You will keep orders moving, protect account health, and make sure customers have a smooth experience from purchase to delivery.

Responsibilities

- Process and track orders in Amazon Seller Central, including FBA/FBM fulfillment, returns, cancellations, and A-to-Z claims
- Manage Flipkart orders in Seller Hub from confirmation to delivery, and resolve RTO and return cases
- Maintain Etsy listings, pricing, and inventory, and handle custom and made-to-order requests
- Manage eBay listings, offers, shipping settings, disputes, and returns
- Coordinate with courier and logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
- Monitor account health metrics and policy notifications, and act quickly to prevent penalties or suspensions




- Keep inventory in sync across all channels to avoid overselling and stockouts
- Respond to buyer messages and reviews within platform timelines
- Prepare weekly reports on sales, returns, and account performance

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations
- Hands-on experience with at least two of Amazon, Flipkart, Etsy, or eBay
- Valuable written English for customer communication and policy appeals
- Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
