WE’RE HIRING — FABRICATION & PRODUCTION ENGINEER

Location: Taloja Factory

We are looking for an engineer with a minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related discipline to oversee metal fabrication and composite manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily production in metal fabrication and composites.
- Read engineering drawings and explain requirements to factory staff.
- Allocate work, monitor progress, and maintain production schedules.
- Check dimensions, workmanship, and finished product quality.
- Handle inspections and prepare inspection reports.
- Maintain production reports, quality records, and related documentation.
- Ensure safe working practices and efficient use of materials and equipment.

Preferred Skills: Practical knowledge of fabrication, welding, and composite manufacturing such as FRP/GRP or carbon fibre.

Knowledge of AutoCAD would be an additional asset.
