We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Customer Support Executive to handle inbound calls and manage service-related operations for our Internet, Cable TV, and IPTV services.

? Location: JAIPUR

? Experience: 1 Year (Freshers can apply)

? Salary: 10,000 - 18,000

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer calls related to Internet, Cable TV, and IPTV services
- Understand customer issues and provide basic troubleshooting support
- Register customer details and complaints in CRM
- Generate and manage support tickets on the portal
- Coordinate with technical/field teams for issue resolution
- Follow up and update customers on issue status
- Generate recent sales IDs on the portal
- Respond to customer queries via support email

? Requirements:

- Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Google Sheets, email handling)
- Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally
- Organized and responsible in managing data and tickets
- Quick learner and team player
