- Check billing inputs, timesheets, purchase orders to confirm pricing and catch errors before issuing bills
- Liaise with clients, vendors or internal departments to investigate and resolve billing or pricing questions
- Help compile basic accounts receivable, billing, or audit reports as needed
- Dispatch invoices via email and/or courier
- Invoice filing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and office software (Word, Outlook) is preferred
- Familiarity with any billing software is an added advantage
- Solid attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Clear verbal and written communication skills for dealing with clients, vendors and staff
