Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & On-Camera Presentation
• Appear in reels, promotional videos, talking-head videos and other social media content.
• Present ideas, communicate stories and create engaging video content.
• Participate in video shoots and content production. 2. Content Planning & Strategy
• Plan weekly and monthly content calendars.
• Research trending topics, formats, sounds and content ideas.
• Develop engaging hooks, scripts and video concepts. 3. Video Editing & Production
• Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and promotional videos.
• Add captions, transitions, music,



effects and other necessary elements. 4. Social Media Management & Publishing
• Manage multiple social media accounts.
• Schedule and publish content on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. Requirements
• Must be comfortable appearing in front of the camera.
• Valuable communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Knowledge of video editing software such as Filmora, Premiere Pro or CapCut.
• Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Facebook content.
• Creative thinking and storytelling ability.
• Basic understanding of social media growth and content strategy.
• Willingness to learn, experiment and take ownership of work.
