Pivot Apparel Group is a multi-brand apparel company with offices in the US, India, and China. Our brands include Velvet by Graham & Spencer, a contemporary women’s brand based in Los Angeles, and Emily Daniels and Club 76, both direct-to-consumer brands. The Role We’re looking for an E-Commerce & Shopify Executive in our India office to help run our brand websites day to day. You’ll manage product uploads, site updates, imagery, and SEO across Velvet (US and EU), Emily Daniels, and Club 76, and you’ll help set up new brand sites as we grow. For Velvet, the focus is product and Shopify management. For our other brands, you’ll also work with our e-commerce and marketing teams on stock and inventory. This is a hands-on role for someone early in their e-commerce career who wants to grow quickly across multiple brands. You’ll work closely with teams in India and the US. What You’ll Do Product Uploads & Management
• Upload new products to all brand sites, including titles, descriptions, images, sizes, colors, pricing, and tags.
• Use bulk upload tools (CSV or similar) to launch large drops accurately and on time.
• Keep existing listings current: update pricing, swap imagery, retire old products, and fix errors.
• Organize collections, filters, and navigation so customers can easily find products.
• Check every product before it goes live for correct images, copy, sizing, and variants. Website Updates
• Update homepage banners, landing pages, collection pages, and other site content for launches, campaigns, and seasonal changes.
• Resize, crop, and optimize images to each site’s specs so pages load quickly and look consistent.
• Work with the creative and copy teams to get new imagery and copy live on schedule.
• Test pages on desktop and mobile after changes, and report and fix broken links, layout issues, or errors. Velvet: US and EU Sites




• Manage both the US and EU Velvet Shopify stores.
• Keep product, imagery, and site content consistent between the two sites.
• Handle EU-specific details such as currency, pricing, sizing information, and market settings. SEO
• Write and maintain SEO titles, meta descriptions, image alt text, and clean URLs for products, collections, and pages.
• Set up redirects when products or pages are removed.
• Track basic search performance (Google Search Console) and suggest improvements. Stock & Inventory (Emily Daniels, Club 76, and other Pivot brands)
• Coordinate with the e-commerce and marketing teams on stock levels, restocks, and new arrivals.
• Keep online inventory accurate and in sync with available stock.
• Flag low-stock, sold-out, and slow-moving items to the team. New Websites
• Help set up current brand Shopify stores, including theme setup, product loading, pages, and settings.
• Use the processes we’ve built on our existing sites to launch new ones quickly. What We’re Looking For
• 1–3 years of hands-on Shopify experience, ideally with a fashion or apparel brand.
• Comfortable in Shopify admin: products, collections, themes, navigation, and apps.
• Experience with bulk product uploads (CSV, Matrixify, or similar).
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce SEO.
• Very detail-oriented with product data and imagery.
• Organized enough to manage several sites and deadlines at once.
• Clear written English, and comfortable working with US-based teams across time zones, including some overlap with US hours. Nice to Have
• Basic image editing in Photoshop, Canva, or similar.
• Some familiarity with HTML/CSS or Shopify Liquid.
• Experience with Google Analytics or Search Console.
• Experience managing more than one Shopify store, or an international (EU) store.
• Comfortable using AI tools to speed up product copy, image work, or bulk tasks.
