Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Quality Inspector at Leminar Global Industries – India. The Quality Inspector will perform routine inspections of sheet metal and acoustic ductwork products to ensure they meet established specifications, standards, and customer requirements. Responsibilities include reviewing production processes, verifying measurements and tolerances, documenting inspection findings, and collaborating with production teams to address nonconformities. The role also involves supporting quality audits,



maintaining quality records, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in line with quality management procedures. The Quality Inspector will work closely with cross-functional teams to uphold consistent quality levels and support timely delivery of compliant products. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Quality Control and Inspection skills to verify product compliance and identify defects.
• Candidates should possess Quality Assurance and Quality Management skills to support process standards, audits, and continuous improvement.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Relevant experience in manufacturing or HVAC-related industries, particularly in sheet metal or ductwork products, is beneficial.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications, use measuring instruments, and follow documented procedures is required.
• Strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting are expected.
• A diploma or degree in engineering, quality, or a related technical field, along with knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, is preferred.
