The role involves assisting with day-to-day logistics activities such as coordinating shipments, updating records, and supporting communication between drivers, clients, and internal teams. The individual will help maintain documentation, track deliveries, and learn basic scheduling and route management processes. The role may also include handling phone and email inquiries, preparing simple reports, and supporting office administrative tasks related to transport operations.



Training and guidance will be provided to help the fresher understand company processes, safety standards, and customer service expectations. Qualifications
• Ability to learn logistics and transportation processes, including basic route planning and shipment tracking.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with drivers, clients, and team members.
• Basic computer literacy, including use of email, spreadsheets, and data entry tools.
• Attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Willingness to work in office in Gurugram and support operational and administrative tasks as needed.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and follow instructions and safety guidelines.
• Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline (logistics, commerce, or business-related fields are an advantage).
• Prior internship or exposure to logistics, transport, or office administration is beneficial but not required.
