Blessing Softtech (Fonazo) is hiring a Cybersecurity Engineer to take ownership of security across our real-time, multi tenant Voice AI platform.

Fonazo is an AI Voice Agent Builder that enables businesses to launch multilingual AI voice agents in minutes. The platform supports 76 languages, telephony, WhatsApp, SMS, CRM and calendar integrations, and call recording and analytics.

Our customers include banks, insurance companies, hospitals, logistics firms, and government organisations across India, the UAE, the US, the UK, and Europe.

We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Engineer to design, implement, and maintain security across our cloud infrastructure, applications, AI agents, telephony systems, customer integrations, and sensitive data.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement security architecture covering identity and access management, network segmentation, encryption, secrets, and key management.
- Ensure strict tenant isolation across customer agents, recordings, transcripts, contacts, and analytics.
- Identify and mitigate AI security risks, including prompt injection, data leakage, tool abuse, voice spoofing, fraud, and social engineering.
- Secure telephony and messaging infrastructure against toll fraud, number abuse, signalling attacks, and account takeover.
- Protect call recordings and personal data through redaction, access logging, retention policies, and secure deletion.
- Secure CRM, calendar, messaging, and third-party integrations.
- Implement threat modelling, secure code reviews, dependency scanning, and container security.
- Build security monitoring, incident response procedures, alerting, and incident runbooks.
- Conduct penetration testing and coordinate external security assessments.
- Support SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance initiatives.
- Work with enterprise customers on security reviews, architecture discussions, and security questionnaires.

Required Skills





- 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity or security engineering for cloud native, multi tenant production systems.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security, container security, orchestration, and IAM.
- Application security, threat modelling, secure code reviews, and API security.
- Practical incident response and vulnerability management experience.
- Knowledge of penetration testing and offensive security techniques.
- Understanding of AI and LLM security risks, including OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications.
- Experience with security automation, monitoring, logging, and vulnerability scanning.
- Ability to implement security controls without introducing latency into real time voice systems.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with real-time communications, telephony, or messaging security.
- Experience in BFSI, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
- Certifications such as OSCP, CISSP, or cloud security specialisations are advantageous but not mandatory.

What Success Looks Like

- First 30 days: Complete product threat modelling and establish a prioritised remediation plan.
- First 90 days: Implement security gates, automated tenant isolation tests, and incident response runbooks.
- First 180 days: Complete external penetration testing and resolve all critical and high-severity findings.
- First 12 months: Establish continuous audit controls and standardised enterprise security evidence.
