Role Description The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficient delivery of financial services, and achieving business targets for MSME lending. This full-time, on-site role is based in Sehore and involves managing branch staff, guiding them to meet sales and service goals, and maintaining high standards of customer experience.

Manager will develop and execute local business development plans, build and maintain relationships with clients, and ensure timely loan processing, documentation, and disbursement. The role includes monitoring portfolio quality, managing risk and compliance with regulatory and company policies,



and preparing regular performance reports.

Manager will also collaborate with senior management on branch strategy, participate in local marketing initiatives, and support training and development of team members.

Qualifications

- Robust branch operations and business development skills, including experience in managing MSME lending or retail finance.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client partnerships.
- Sound understanding of credit assessment, risk management, and regulatory compliance relevant to NBFC operations.
- Team leadership and people management capabilities, including coaching, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
- Ability to analyze financial data, prepare reports, and use basic office and financial software tools effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a professional setting; local language proficiency for Sehore and Madhya Pradesh is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or specialized certification in banking/finance is preferred.
- Prior experience in branch management or supervisory roles in an NBFC, bank, or financial institution is highly beneficial.
