Technical Management Trainee

Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)

As a Technical Management Trainee, you will undergo a comprehensive training program designed to develop your skills and knowledge in the Operations domain. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and contribute to strategic initiatives and day-to-day activities.

- Graduation degree in Engineering or a related field from a tier 1 engineering college.
- Excellent academic record, with a strong understanding of business principles and concepts.




- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather, analyse, and interpret data effectively.
- Valuable project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and familiarity with data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in the assigned functional area is a plus.
