Role Description The Design Quality Officer is a full-time, in office role based in Noida. This role is responsible for monitoring and ensuring design quality across modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, and office furniture, from concept through production. Daily tasks include conducting quality checks on design specifications, verifying material and hardware selections, and auditing completed drawings and prototypes against company standards.

The Design Quality

Officer collaborates with design, production, and sales teams to address quality issues, refine processes, and document corrective actions.



The role also involves maintaining quality records, preparing audit reports, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in design and manufacturing workflows.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Control and Quality Auditing for furniture and interior design deliverables.
- Candidates should possess solid Quality Management and Analytical Skills to assess processes, identify gaps, and implement improvements.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and document quality standards clearly.
- Relevant experience in furniture manufacturing, modular interiors, or related design and production environments is beneficial.
- Formal education in interior design, furniture design, engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Attention to detail, ability to interpret technical drawings, familiarity with common interior materials and hardware, and basic proficiency in design or CAD tools are advantageous.
- Capability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple projects, and adhere to timelines and safety standards is expected.
