Role Description The Warehouse Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for supporting daily operations related to storage and movement of goods. This role manages incoming shipments of ingredients and packaging materials, verifies delivery documents, and ensures items are unloaded, checked, and stored in designated areas.

The Warehouse

Specialist prepares orders for production and retail, including accurate packing, labeling, and staging of products for dispatch. Daily tasks include maintaining inventory records, conducting regular stock counts, organizing shelves and storage areas, and ensuring safe use of equipment such as pallet jacks.



The role also involves coordinating with production and front-of-house teams to meet order timelines, upholding hygiene and safety standards, and reporting discrepancies or issues promptly.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Shipping & Receiving, including checking delivery documents, verifying quantities, and handling incoming and outgoing goods accurately.
- Candidates should possess skills in Packing and Unloading, with the ability to prepare orders, pack items securely, and unload materials safely and efficiently.
- Candidates should possess skills in Inventory Control, including stock counting, record keeping, organizing storage areas, and monitoring material levels.
- Candidates should possess skills in operating a Pallet Jack or similar warehouse equipment, with attention to safety and proper handling procedures.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in warehouse or logistics roles, basic computer or inventory software literacy, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift and move items as required.
- Reliable time management, effective communication with team members, and adherence to food safety and cleanliness standards are essential.
