Job Description

As a Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining scalable backend services and BFF (Backend-for-Frontend) layers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable, and maintainable software solutions that support critical business workflows.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain backend services using Python 3.10 and FastAPI.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Build and support BFF layers that enable seamless frontend integration.
- Collaborate with product managers, QA teams, and developers to deliver product enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across APIs, databases, logs, deployments, and frontend interactions.
- Create and execute unit, integration, and API tests to ensure application quality.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to architecture and design discussions.
- Support CI/CD processes, containerization, and deployment activities.
- Assist in root-cause analysis, issue triaging, and continuous product improvement.
- Contribute to engineering best practices, process improvements,



and knowledge sharing initiatives.

Experience & Requirements:

- 12+ years of professional software development experience.
- Robust experience in Python development, preferably Python 3.10.
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI and Uvicorn.
- Experience developing REST APIs and backend services.
- Strong understanding of data validation, error handling, dependency injection, and asynchronous programming.
- Experience building or maintaining BFF architectures.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across application layers.
- Experience designing and executing unit tests, integration tests, and API tests.
- Knowledge of service-to-service communication patterns.
- Ability to work independently with strong ownership and accountability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
