### Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Python applications and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to define, design, and ship new features.

- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Mentor junior developers and lead code reviews to ensure best practices and high code quality.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and propose practical solutions to improve the technology stack.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Ensure security and data protection best practices are implemented.

### Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of professional software development experience with Python.
- Deep understanding of Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.




- Strong experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Proficient in designing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Solid knowledge of CI/CD processes, Docker, containerization, and version control (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.

- Experience with asynchronous programming and message brokers (Celery, RabbitMQ, Kafka).
