we are looking for a motivated and technically competent Production Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in the tractor, automobile, or wheel manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in production planning, shop-floor operations, manpower handling, quality improvement, and achieving daily production targets while ensuring safety and product quality.
• Manage daily production activities and achieve production targets.
• Handle shop-floor operations, manpower, and machine utilization.
• Ensure product quality and minimize rejection, rework, and material wastage.
• Monitor production planning, cycle time, and machine downtime.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments.
• Maintain production reports and ensure compliance with safety, 5S, and SOPs.
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency. Requirements

E. / B.
Tech in Mechanical,



Automobile, or Production Engineering.

Experience:
