Responsibilities:
• Source and recruit qualified IT professionals for US System Integrator (SI) accounts.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview scheduling and follow-ups.
• Use job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other sourcing techniques to identify suitable candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to ensure timely interview scheduling and closures.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers to meet hiring targets. Preferred Background: Candidates with previous experience at Capgemini, Randstad, DISYS, Mphasis, Wipro, or similar organizations are preferred. Interested, Please share resume to
