Lead technical initiatives, deliver high-quality software, and collaborate across product, architecture, and engineering teams. **Responsibilities** + Develop and maintain MLS applications using .NET, C#, React, and SQL Server. + Design APIs, integrations, and cloud-based services. + Participate in architecture, code reviews, and technical planning. + Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices. + Optimize performance, reliability, security, and scalability. + Partner with Product, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver customer value. **Knowledge and Experience** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.



+ 5+ years of software development experience. + Solid expertise in C#, .NET/Core, REST APIs, and SQL Server. + Experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. + Knowledge of Azure, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices. + Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience with MLS platforms and real estate technology. + Knowledge of RESO standards and MLS data integrations. + Experience with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and Elasticsearch. + Prior technical leadership or mentoring experience.
