Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable CRM solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality business applications.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with business requirements and development standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and prioritize development tasks.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and workable solutions.
Build clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
Perform unit testing and support system integration testing activities.
Collaborate with QA teams to create and execute test cases.




Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment activities.
Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Maintain and enhance existing applications based on approved change requests.
Monitor application performance and recommend improvements.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide regular technical updates and timelines to stakeholders.
Work closely with team members to ensure timely project delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile
5+ years of relevant IT experience.
Minimum 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM development experience.
Experience in mentoring or leading team members is an added advantage.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

Educational Qualification
B.E / MCA / M.Sc / BCA (IT or Computer Science)
