Responsibilities :
Perform exact manual wire cutting, stripping, and crimping using handheld tools.
Do high quality manual soldering (Through-Hole and SMT) to connect wires securely to PCBs and connector pins.
Assemble multi wire cables and build custom wiring harnesses for automotive components and diagnostic tools.
Follow straightforward wiring diagrams or templates to ensure correct wire color and pin connections.
Run quick quality checks and continuity testing using basic tools to ensure finished cables work properly.
Maintain a clean, organized workstation and handle production tools safely.
