Role and Responsibilities
Procurement Management
Oversee the procurement process for electrical materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Manage the procurement of electrical switchgear, MCC (Motor Control Centre) panels, PCC (Power Control Centre) panels, electrical cables, and related equipment.
Vendor Management
Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Inventory Control
Manage inventory levels of electrical components, monitoring stock levels,



and reordering supplies as needed to avoid shortages.
Cost Management
Analyze costs and pricing structures to identify prospects for cost savings and efficiency improvements in procurement processes.
Compliance
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to purchasing and procurement activities.
Documentation
Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and agreements, ensuring proper documentation and filing for future reference.
Technical Support
Provide technical support to internal stakeholders regarding the selection and procurement of electrical materials and equipment.
