Manpower Management – Efficiently manage and allocate manpower as per production requirements.
Productivity Monitoring & Analysis – Monitor productivity data and analyze performance to identify improvement prospects.
RFT Monitoring & Analysis – Monitor Right First Time (RFT) performance and analyze data to reduce rejection and rework.
Process Improvement Knowledge – Valuable knowledge of Kanban, 5S, Why-Why Analysis, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement techniques.
Ownership & Initiative – Ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities and proactively initiate improvements.
Shop Floor Supervision – Supervise day-to-day shop floor activities and ensure smooth production operations.
ERP Knowledge – Working knowledge of ERP systems for production and operational activities.
MS Office Knowledge – Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications.
