Role & responsibilities

• Manage key quick-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and other relevant platforms.

• Build and maintain robust relationships with platform/category managers.

• Drive sales, revenue, and profitability across assigned platforms.

• Plan and execute monthly and quarterly business targets.

• Monitor sales, inventory, pricing, discounts, and product visibility.

• Ensure timely product listings, launches, and catalogue updates.

• Plan and execute platform promotions and campaigns.

• Analyse sales and platform performance and identify growth prospects.

• Track competitor pricing, promotions, assortment, and visibility.

• Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Category to ensure smooth operations.

• Monitor stock availability and coordinate to minimise OOS issues.

• Prepare regular business reports and share insights with management.

• Negotiate commercials, promotions, visibility, and other business opportunities with platforms.
