Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end ERP implementation projects from planning and initiation through successful implementation and closure.
Lead and manage full life cycle ERP implementations in large organizations.
Coordinate and manage large, cross-functional teams comprising business, functional, technical, and project stakeholders.
Develop and monitor project plans, milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and implementation schedules.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful ERP project delivery.
Drive project governance and ensure effective stakeholder communication throughout the ERP implementation lifecycle.
Manage ERP implementation projects for Government / PSU organizations.
Ensure successful delivery in accordance with defined project scope and requirements.




Should have implemented at least one ERP project using the ERP product proposed by the bidder for this project.

Preferred candidate profile

Education & Certification
BE / B.Tech + MBA.
PMP or PRINCE2 certification required.

Experience
Minimum 10 years of total skilled experience.
At least 5 years of ERP implementation experience.
Must have been involved in managing at least 3 successful full life cycle ERP implementations in large organizations.
Solid experience in managing large and cross-functional project teams.
Government / PSU ERP implementation experience is mandatory.
Should have implemented at least one ERP project
