Key Responsibilities
Work on US Healthcare processes using the QNXT platform.
Handle healthcare transactions and process activities as per business requirements and SOPs.
Perform accurate data entry, validation, maintenance, and processing within QNXT.
Review and resolve process-related discrepancies and exceptions.
Maintain quality, productivity, and turnaround-time targets.
Follow HIPAA, client guidelines, and process compliance requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and escalations.
Support process improvements and maintain accurate documentation.

Required Skills
Mandatory: Hands-on experience in QNXT – US Healthcare.
Solid understanding of US Healthcare processes.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in US shifts.
Ability to work remotely and maintain required connectivity.

Experience Band
SPE: 1.6–4 years of relevant experience.
SME: 4.5–6 years of relevant experience.
