Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruitment, and Performance Management.
Gather business requirements and provide HR process solutions.
Work on implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
Perform system configuration, testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
Support integrations, data migration, and user management activities.
Collaborate with stakeholders and provide end-user training and production support.
