Job Summary:We are looking for a customer-focused and empathetic Customer Support Executive to handle enquiries for elderly care, home nursing, and caregiver services.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and customer queries.
• Understand customer requirements and explain suitable services and pricing.
• Qualify leads, follow up with prospective clients, and support service conversions.
• Coordinate with the deployment team for caregiver availability and timely placement.
• Maintain regular customer communication until caregiver deployment.
• Update CRM records, follow-up status, and daily reports.
• Address customer concerns and coordinate timely resolutions. Required

• Basic computer, Excel, and CRM knowledge.

• Language
English, Hindi must (Any regional language will be added benefit) Qualification: Graduate preferred. Customer support or telecalling experience is an added advantage.
