Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices using Python.
Build up-to-date, responsive, and high-performing applications using React.js.
Develop and support real-time systems using WebSockets.
Work with SQL/NoSQL databases, caching technologies (Redis/Memcached), and distributed architectures.
Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture, design, code reviews, and solution delivery.
Mentor engineers and drive engineering best practices.

Requirements
6+ years of software engineering experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Python and React.js.
Expertise in REST APIs, microservices, and real-time application development.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and caching technologies.
Good understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and high-availability architectures.
Experience building, deploying, and supporting production-grade applications.




Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience in large-scale product, consumer-tech, or platform engineering environments.
Exposure to Fusion.js, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks.
Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, CI/CD, monitoring, and observability.
Prior experience supporting high-traffic, real-time applications.
